Nothing in this act shall prohibit any of the following: 1. The use of dogs in hunting as permitted by the Game and Fish Code and by the rules and regulations adopted by the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission;2. The use of dogs in the management of livestock by the owner of such livestock or his employees or agents or other persons in lawful custody thereof;3. The training of dogs or the use of equipment in the training of dogs for any purpose not prohibited by law; or4. The raising, breeding, keeping or training of dogs or the use of equipment for the raising, breeding, keeping or training of dogs for sale or show purposes.Added by Laws 1982, c. 184, § 9, emerg. eff.
