Any person convicted of a trespass violation pursuant to Section 4 of this act shall be punished by a fine of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) or imprisonment for not more than ten (10) days; for a second conviction within one (1) year after the first conviction, a fine of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment for not more than twenty (20) days; and upon a third or subsequent conviction within one (1) year after the first conviction, a fine of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) or by imprisonment for not more than six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. A violation of each paragraph of Section 4 of this act shall not be a separate offense. Added by Laws 2011, c. 234, § 5.
