1. It is a misdemeanor for any person to violate any of the provisions of Section 1209 et seq. of this title. 2. Every person convicted of a misdemeanor for violating any provision of Section 1209 et seq. of this title shall be punished by a fine of not more than Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) or by imprisonment for not more than one (1) year, or by both such fine and imprisonment.Added by Laws 1959, p. 276, § 5.
