Any person violating Section 1370 of this title shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or by imprisonment in the county jail not less than thirty (30) days nor more than one (1) year, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day of operation in violation of Section 1370 of this title shall constitute a separate offense. Amended by Laws 1982, c. 127, § 2, operative Oct. 1, 1982; Laws 1982, c. 181, § 2, emerg. eff. April 20, 1982.
