Any record of any will, codicil, conveyance or other instrument, the record of which is, by law, evidence; or,2. Any record of any judgment in a court of record, or any enrollment of any decree of a court of equity; or,3. The return of any officer, court or tribunal to any process of any court,is guilty of forgery in the second degree.R.L.1910, § 2624.
