Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of the two preceding sections shall be deemed guilty of the unlawful issuing of warrants or the unlawful purchase of warrants as the case may be, and shall be punished by a fine of not exceeding One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00). R.L.1910, § 2594.
