A. Dealing in gambling devices is manufacturing, transferring or possessing with intent to transfer any gambling device or subassembly or essential part thereof. B. Any person dealing in gambling devices shall be guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than five (5) years or a fine of not more than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00), or by both such fine and imprisonment.Added by Laws 1975, c. 283, § 4, eff.
