A conspiracy is any agreement, combination or common plan or scheme by two or more persons, coupled with an overt act in furtherance of such agreement, combination or common plan or scheme, to violate any section of this act. B. Any person found guilty of conspiracy shall be punished to the same extent as provided for in the section of this act which such person conspired to violate.Laws 1975, c. 283, § 8, eff.
