From the persons selected to serve as multicounty grand jurors, the court shall appoint a foreman. The court shall also appoint a foreman when a person already appointed is discharged or excused before the multicounty grand jury is dismissed. Added by Laws 1987, c. 99, § 12, eff. Nov. 1, 1987.
