The arraignment of the defendant shall be held within thirty (30) days after the defendant is ordered held for trial upon a preliminary information charging the commission of a felony; provided, for good cause, the court may set a later date. Laws 1968, c. 175, § 4, eff. Jan. 13, 1969.
