Sections 996 through 996.3 of this title shall be known and may be cited as the 'Delayed Sentencing Program for Young Adults'. This act is also recognized as the Regimented Inmate Discipline (RID) Program. Added by Laws 1987, c. 119, § 1, eff. Nov. 1, 1987. Amended by Laws 2003, c. 323, § 1, eff. July 1, 2003.
