A court may award the following relief to a plaintiff who prevails in an action brought pursuant to this act: 1. Damages;2. Costs and fees, including reasonable attorney fees; and3. Punitive damages in an amount equal to Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), or three (3) times the total damages, costs and fees, whichever is greater.Added by Laws 2014, c. 305, § 4, eff.
