A. If the Attorney General concludes at any time following the filing of a discriminatory housing complaint that prompt judicial action is necessary to carry out the purposes of Section 1101 et seq. of this title, the Attorney General may commence a civil action for appropriate temporary or preliminary relief pending final disposition of the complaint. B. A temporary restraining order or other order granting preliminary or temporary relief on a discriminatory housing complaint filed under this section is governed by the provisions of Section 1502.1 of this title and the applicable Oklahoma rules of civil procedure.Added by Laws 1991, c. 177, § 13.
