§ 26-12-112

In calling such an election, the Governor shall issue a proclamation, a copy of which must be filed with the Secretary of the State Election Board and the secretary of the county election board in which said vacancy occurs. Laws 1974, c. 153, § 12-112, operative Jan. 1, 1975.
