The voting procedures in the Uniform Military and Overseas Voters Act apply to: 1. A general, special, presidential preferential primary, primary or runoff primary election for federal office;2. A general, special, primary or runoff primary election for statewide or state legislative office or state ballot measure; and3. A general, special, primary or runoff primary election for local government office or local ballot measure for which absentee voting or voting by mail is available for other voters.Added by Laws 2011, c. 340, § 3, eff.
