In an election emergency declared by the Secretary of the State Election Board, the provisions of Section 6-101 et seq. of this title shall govern ballot printing. The Secretary of the State Election Board shall be authorized to permit any changes to the ballot format necessary as a result of the election emergency. Added by Laws 1991, c. 321, § 42, eff.
