The secretary of each county election board shall cause registration forms of every registered voter in said county to be retained in a central registry in alphabetical order. Said central registry shall be maintained in a secure manner in the offices of the county election board. Added by Laws 1974, c. 75, § 15, emerg. eff. April 19, 1974.
