A. The Department of Environmental Quality may require the participant to reimburse the Department for reasonable costs for the review and oversight of any remediation, reports, field activities or other services or duties of the Department pursuant to the Oklahoma Brownfields Voluntary Redevelopment Act which are performed by the Department prior to the issuance of the Certificate of Completion or the Certificate of No Action Necessary. B.
