As used in the Hazardous Waste Fund Act and in addition to the definitions used in the Oklahoma Hazardous Waste Management Act: 1. 'Discharge' means any releasing, spilling, leaking, leaching, seeping, pouring, draining, emptying, dumping, expelling or any other emitting of hazardous waste into the environment beyond the confines of a licensed disposal site; and2. 'Incident' means any occurrence or series of occurrences which result in the discharge of hazardous waste which create an injury to any person or property.Laws 1982, c. 202, § 3; Laws 1992, c. 403, § 38, eff.
