A. For the purposes of the Oklahoma Conservation Commission, seasonal employees employed by the Commission who work less than nine hundred ninety-nine (999) hours in a twelve-month period shall be considered temporary employees and shall be unclassified. The Commission may employ seasonal employees throughout the calendar year. B.
