The office of the Secretary of Energy and Environment shall create and administer a grant program for entities utilizing sequestration of carbon captured from production of hydrogen from natural gas. The Secretary shall determine criteria for the program and establish a process for consideration of proposals. The grant program shall only be subject to the authorization of federal dollars by the Legislature. Added by Laws 2022, c. 172, § 1, eff. Nov. 1, 2022.
