§ 29-4-123

Any person convicted of violating the provisions of Sections 4-121 or 4-122 of this title shall be punished by a fine of not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), and if applicable, shall have his breeder's license revoked. No such person whose license has been revoked shall be eligible to obtain a new license until after the date on which the revoked license would have expired. Laws 1975, c. 279, § 3, emerg. eff.
