(a) This act applies to guardianship and protective proceedings begun on or after the effective date of this act. (b) Articles 1, 3, and 4 and Sections 21 and 22 of this act apply to proceedings begun before the effective date of this act, regardless of whether a guardianship or protective order has been issued.Added by Laws 2010, c. 257, § 22, eff.
