The Insurance Commissioner may, in accordance with Section 307.1 of Title 36 of the Oklahoma Statutes, promulgate reasonable rules as are necessary or proper to carry out the purposes of the Oklahoma Producer Licensing Act. Added by Laws 2001, c. 156, § 19, eff. Nov. 1, 2001.
