Each surplus lines licensee or broker licensed in Oklahoma shall keep a full and true record of each surplus lines contract procured by the surplus lines broker, and such record may be examined at any time within three (3) years thereafter by the Insurance Commissioner. The record shall include such information required to be submitted as established by the Insurance Commissioner in this article. Added by Laws 1957, p. 258, § 1113, operative July 1, 1957.
