When used in this article: 1. 'Person' shall mean any individual, corporation, association, partnership, reciprocal exchange, inter-insurer, Lloyd’s insurer, Lloyd’s Name, Lloyd’s Syndicate Name, fraternal benefit society, and any other legal entity engaged in the business of insurance, including agents, brokers, adjusters, and prepaid vision plan organizations and insurers;2. 'Commissioner' shall mean the Insurance Commissioner of this state; and3.
