A dental service corporation shall not be liable for injuries resulting from negligence or malpractice on the part of any participating or other dentist or supplier of services to any subscriber. A participating dentist shall not be liable for any wrongful or negligent conduct by a dental service corporation or any of its officers, directors or agents. Laws 1973, c. 104, § 11, emerg. eff.
