Compensation of officers shall be as provided in the bylaws, and shall not exceed the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) per annum for the president. Compensation of other officers and employees shall be fixed by the board of directors at a reasonable amount for services rendered. Amended by Laws 1986, c. 251, § 39, eff. Nov. 1, 1986.
