A. The provisions of this article are applicable to domestic Lloyd's insurers and to foreign Lloyd's insurers. B. To the extent not modified by the provisions of this article, Lloyd's insurers shall be subject to and governed by the other applicable provisions of this Code.Laws 1957, p. 362, § 3013.
