A charitable gift annuity issued before the effective date of this act which does not meet the definition of a qualified charitable gift annuity under this act shall be deemed to be a qualified charitable gift annuity under this act. Added by Laws 1998, c. 141, § 11, emerg. eff. April 21, 1998.
