'Charter' means articles of incorporation, of agreement, of association, or other basic constituent document of a corporation, subscribers' agreement and power of attorney of a reciprocal insurer, or underwriters' agreement and power of attorney of a Lloyd's insurer. Laws 1957, p. 231, § 605.
