No licensed MEWA shall use in its name, contracts, literature, advertising in any medium, or any other printed matter any words or descriptions which would cause beneficiaries or potential beneficiaries to believe it is an insurance company. Added by Laws 1992, c. 374, § 4, eff. Jan. 1, 1993.
