The Commissioner may establish and from time to time amend such rules relating to risk retention groups and purchasing groups as may be necessary or desirable to implement the provisions of the Oklahoma Risk Retention Act. Added by Laws 1987, c. 157, § 16, emerg. eff. June 25, 1987.
