The Commissioner shall: 1. Establish an electronic database composed of composite data reports required pursuant to Section 14 of this act;2. Provide the public with access to that data;3. Establish a system to provide access to that data by electronic data transmittal processes; and4. Set and charge a fee for electronic access to the database in an amount reasonable and necessary to cover the costs of access.Added by Laws 2003, c. 390, § 15, eff. July 1, 2003.
