A. The Department shall submit copies of the composite data report required pursuant to Section 14 of this act to the Governor, the President Pro Tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives. B. The Department, on request of the Governor, the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, or the Speaker of the House of Representatives, shall provide to the Governor and the Legislature additional composite data reports. Composite data reports prepared under this subsection shall be available to the public.Added by Laws 2003, c. 390, § 16, eff. July 1, 2003.
