If a person fails to pay a penalty assessed under the provisions of Sections 6103.1 through 6103.11 of this title, the Insurance Commissioner may: 1. Institute in the district court of Oklahoma County a civil suit to recover the civil penalty; or2. Pursuant to the Administrative Procedures Act, cancel or revoke any permit, license, certificate of authority, certificate of registration or other authorization issued pursuant to the Oklahoma Insurance Code.Added by Laws 1994, c. 294, § 18, eff.
