The Insurance Commissioner shall adopt rules and regulations creating a procedure for an employer to appeal its rating classification for workers' compensation insurance to the Commissioner. Any hearings pursuant to this procedure shall be subject to the Administrative Procedures Act. Added by Laws 1990, c. 283, § 21, eff. Sept. 1, 1990. Amended by Laws 2006, c. 264, § 23, eff.
