A. No person shall conduct a horse race where the public is charged any type of fee for admission, parking, or to race a horse without a valid organization license issued pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma Horse Racing Act. B. Any person violating the provision of this section, upon conviction, shall be guilty of a felony and shall be fined not more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) or be imprisoned for a period of not more than ten (10) years or both said fine and imprisonment.Added by State Question No. 553, Initiative Petition No. 315, adopted at election held Sept. 21, 1982.
