The board of trustees of the Oklahoma Lottery Commission shall: 1. Approve, disapprove, amend, or modify the budget recommended by the executive director for the operation of the Commission;2. Approve, disapprove, amend, or modify the terms of major lottery procurements recommended by the executive director;3. Hear appeals of hearings required by the Oklahoma Education Lottery Act;4. Promulgate rules relating to the conduct of lottery games; and5. Perform such other functions as specified by the Oklahoma Education Lottery Act.Added by Laws 2003, c. 58, § 8, adopted at election held on Nov. 2, 2004.
