A. No lottery retailer contract shall be transferable or assignable. No lottery retailer shall contract with any person for lottery goods or services except with the approval of the board of trustees of the Oklahoma Lottery Commission. B. Lottery tickets and shares shall only be sold by the retailer stated on the lottery retailer certificate.Added by Laws 2003, c. 58, § 19, adopted at election held on Nov. 2, 2004.
