A. The Care and Disposition of Disaster Animals Act shall not limit an animal control authority or agent thereof from humanely euthanizing an animal in accordance with existing state law. B. The Care and Disposition of Disaster Animals Act does not impose any affirmative duty on an animal shelter to admit disaster animals.C.
