APPLICABILITY. Benefits paid to employees of nonprofit organizations shall be financed in accordance with the provisions of this part. For the purpose of this part, a nonprofit organization is an organization or group of organizations defined in paragraph (4) of Section 1-210 of this title.Added by Laws 1980, c. 323, § 3-801, eff.
