MAINTENANCE OF ADMINISTRATIVE FUND. All monies in this fund shall be deposited in a special fund in the State Treasury. Such monies shall be secured by collateral in the full amount of the funds on deposit in the same kind and manner the State Treasurer is required to secure other funds of the state on deposit.Added by Laws 1980, c. 323, § 4-605, emerg. eff.
