WRONGFUL DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION. If any employee or member of the Board of Review or the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission or any employee of the Commission, or any employee of a governmental unit, private business or nonprofit entity that is allowed access to information under Section 4-508 of this title, makes any disclosure of confidential information or otherwise violates Section 4-508 of this title, or if any person who has obtained any list of applicants for work, or of claimants or recipients of benefits, under Section 5-101 et seq. of this title shall use or permit the use of such list for any political purpose, such individual shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or imprisoned for not longer than ninety (90) days, or both.Added by Laws 1980, c. 323, § 5-107, eff.
