A. The Attorney General, the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, or any district attorney may bring an action for an injunction against any eating disorder treatment program found to be in violation of the provisions of Section 16 of this act, or any order or determination of the Department. B. In any action for an injunction brought pursuant to the provisions of this section, any findings of the Department, after hearing and due notice, shall be prima facie evidence of the facts found therein.Added by Laws 2005, c. 195, § 17, eff.
