As used in the Mental Hospital Voluntary Admission Procedures Act, 'person' shall include: 1. An individual eighteen (18) years of age or older; or2. A court-appointed Guardian Ad Litem or an individual given the power of attorney to make medical decisions for the individual.Added by Laws 1989, c. 23, § 1, eff. Nov. 1, 1989.
