If the Attorney General shall seek redress on behalf of the state as provided for in the Administrative Procedures Act, the Oklahoma Mining Commission is empowered to appoint a special counsel for such proceedings. Added by Laws 1985, c. 239, § 10, eff. Jan. 1, 1986.
