The Oklahoma Department of Mines shall have jurisdiction over only those borrow pits which are located on property permitted as commercial mining operations pursuant to Title 45 of the Oklahoma Statutes. Added by Laws 1993, c. 232, § 2, eff. July 1, 1993.
