Class A Commercial Motor Vehicle. Any combination of vehicles, except a Class D motor vehicle, with a gross combined weight rating of twenty-six thousand one (26,001) or more pounds provided the gross vehicle weight rating of the vehicle or vehicles being towed is in excess of ten thousand (10,000) pounds.Added by laws 1990, c. 219, § 1, eff.
