Motorcycle. A motorcycle is any motor vehicle having:1. A seat or saddle for the use of each rider;2. Not more than three wheels in contact with the ground, but excluding a tractor; and3. An electric or combustion engine motor:a.if the power source is a combustion engine, an engine with a piston or rotor displacement of one hundred fifty cubic centimeters (150 cc) or greater, orb.if the power source is an electric motor, with a power source capable of producing one thousand (1,000) watts or greater.Added by Laws 1961, p. 318, § 1-135, eff.
